Please note that our fees are all-inclusive and cover all learners’ stationery, textbooks, workbooks and printing for the year.
In addition, the fees include two extra mural activities, JamBerries (Music) and Coding and Robotics, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching educational experience for every learner.

These include in-house shows, themed events and outings. This is a termly fee of R800 and is added to your invoice at the start of each term and must be paid in advance. Alternatively, it can be paid in full before the academic year begins. |

| Term End Picnics: At the end of each academic term, EduAcademia hosts a fun and memorable term-end picnic for all learners. Each picnic offers a unique experience, with the final term celebration being a little extra special to mark the end of the school year. Every learner will receive a full meal along with snacks and treats as part of this event. To cover the costs, a once-off picnic fee is charged for the year. This fee must be paid in full before the start of the academic year and will be included in your January invoice. R500 for the year |

During the course of each year, EduAcademia will organise raffles, charity drives, tuckshop and various fundraisers.
While these activities may involve optional additional costs, they are always encouraged as they contribute to the benefit of the school.
